Kishore Ganji is the Founder and CEO of Astir Analytics. He is also the Founder
and CEO of Astir IT Solutions, Inc. and and CEO of Sysnet Technology Solutions.
Kishore’s unique vision has the driving force behind the remarkable growth of the
Astir Family of Companies.
Prior to starting Astir, Kishore worked for PWC, IBM and Pfizer in the Business
Intelligence practices, focusing mainly on Customer Analytics and health care. Before
this, he worked for Hewlett Packard.
In addition to his role as CEO of Astir, Kishore Ganji is the President of the Small
and Medium Enterprise Consortium (SMEC), a consortium of over 300 technology companies.
SMEC promotes sustainable development of these small and mid-sized businesses and
is growing rapidly both here in the United States and abroad. Kishore holds a B.S.
in Electrical Engineering from Osmania University. He also has an MBA in Sales and
Marketing from the Terry School of Business at the University of Georgia. He was
recognized by NJBIZ as one of the top Forty under 40 high-achieving business leaders
in New Jersey in 2008 and was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist
in 2010.
Tanya Lagaay has worked with Astir as Chief Strategic Advisor for over 5 years.
She has extensive experience as a business advisor and offers practical advice and
support to small and medium-sized businesses, as well as providing strategy and
supply chain management services to larger companies.
She previously headed her own consulting companies in both South Africa and The
Netherlands, and was Regional Director and a member of the Leadership Team for a
premier management consulting firm in South Africa where she had extensive experience
with Business Intelligence process redesign. Prior to this, she worked in the logistics
industry in Europe for almost a decade, employed by a leading Dutch multinational.
While there, she obtained broad experience in supply chain management and integration,
pan-European warehousing and distribution, and international road and sea transport.
Tanya holds a Bachelor of Business Science degree with Honors in Mathematical Statistics
and Operational Research from the University of Cape Town, South Africa. She is
accredited by the Institute for Independent Business International, a prestigious
international research and accreditation organization. Tanya is also a Sponsor of
the Organization for Entrepreneurial Development.
Bob Markowitz, is Vice President of Astir Analytics and oversees Astir’s Marketing,
Business Consulting, Business Development and Technology Operations. Bob also serves
as Vice President of Astir IT Solutions.
Bob brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in translating client needs into
solutions through his hands-on consulting, analysis, marketing, technology and sales
experience. His background includes serving as a senior consultant for AT&T’s CRM
organization, leading marketing and eLearning technology realization as a partner
in DEMA Education, and serving as AT&T Labs Director for New Service Opportunity’s,
where he led client market research and technology development of next generation
services . He was an early innovator in the marriage of advertising sales promotions
and interactive voice response technology where he assisted many of NY's advertising
agencies in developing highly successful interactive sales promotions. Bob is noted
for his forward thinking concepts and holds 51 U.S. patents in the areas of web,
multimedia, data and communications services. He has been listed in Marquis Who's
Who in the East as well as the premiere edition of Marquis Who's Who in the Media
and Communications.
Bob holds an MBA in Marketing and Management Sciences from Long Island University,
granted “With Distinction”.
Nathan Lynn is a seasoned sales and business development professional who leads
Astir Analytics’ business development activities.
Nathan has been a highly successful sales leader for more than 15 years, supporting
and delighting clients while working in the sales and business development areas
at; Connotate, a web collection / data monitoring company, The Physician Desk Reference
(PDR) a Thomson Reuters company providing marketing programs and digital solutions
for the world’s largest Pharmaceutical organizations. Prior to PDR, Nathan worked
at Heartbeat Digital where he specialized in web-based solutions for Healthcare
companies focused on Direct-to-Physician and Direct-to-Consumer Marketing campaigns.
While at Immedient Corporation, he was successful in conceptualizing Microsoft-based
solutions for the Pharmaceutical industry and selling those solutions to a broad
client base.
Nathan is a graduate of Rutgers University.
